Original Invasion

"He can't look familiar, he's lived here all his life, no visitors, and i know that is a chant for peaceful death. He doesn't care about his tangs, so it has to be for him. " I say, walking up to the door, trident in hand.

I see the door fly open, and my gaurd tang stands up and lumbers into their way, but a black hand reaches out and throws it through the wall. "W-w-w-was that r-r-r-really necessary?" I stumble out, holding my staff up to protect me, whimpering like a little baby.

"Quite. Now, what say you to this?"

He's Hermie, the Hermit. That's as much as i know."

I stare at all of the weapons, and feel just like what i am; an animal. But an animal trapped inside a cage, about ready to be slaughtered. I whistle silently, at a pitch only Tangs can hear, signaling them to come to my aid, but don't pick up any response, and realize my quards are all dead. "I do not know my name. I do not know where this is. I rarely travel far from the fort, and have never left the forest. My parents are gone. I'm alone. End of story"

"Wow, pretty depressing, Tarzan story."

OOC: None of my charries would ever keep a diary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not even the weird Hermit!

BIC: I stare in sheer amazement: He had found my Father's old diary, that i had a memory of, but could never actually find. "Could, could i please see that? My father's work is in that journal"

I sit down, and start reading. I read all of it, slowly, carefully. My father had built a fort for an army, on military buisiness; an amry that had never shown up. The enemy force arrived, and he, my mother, and i were alone in a massive fort. Their death wish was that they left me alive. Wow. I stood up, and said "Thank you"

I snort in disgust "How about you just give us the fort for free, become our slave for ever, and not be killed right here, right now."

"Well, no, that-" I stopped short

I held my trident up to his neck a little closer. "What did you say?"

"o-o-o-o-okay. You can have my fort. I'll work for you. Please, let me keep my father's journal.

"We'll let him keep his stupid journal. Now come on, let's go back to camp for now. Bring the slave with us, and let him carry what ever he can carry."

"Uh, i don't want to be run by some crazy hermit."

"And i don't want to lead all of you."

OOC: This is when you get all emotional on him, and tell him why we need a director, to persuade his mind.

I think about it. "Why do you kids even need a camp in the first place?"

OOC: Explain to him why

"Be safe from what? Tangs?"

OOC: Remember, he has lived in the forest forever.

"Mine as well try it" I say, and head towards the door, journal in hand.

I follow out the door.

I shadow travel down bellow the fort.

OOC: Once your charries leave, we can stop postin in here . .
