The Deadly Forest

Running through the dense jungle, I heard a low growl. A Tang, I hate Tangs.

I get bored in my cabin, and shadow travel into the forest, and see the guy i had stung earlier. A lot.

I sigh. "Oh, boy." I said, and held my spear up. "Came here to sting me some more?" I asked.

I put my spear down. I made a silent motion to my face. I transformed into a bear, and attacked a tang. It died, and I transformed back. "That felt good," I commented.

I pull out my sword, and grow a hand of shadows from the ground to take hold of it. I send it straight towards a tree, and it cuts it down no problem, and the tree falls on to three different tangs and kills them all. "That felt better"

I stop his staff with a shadow hand, and send out another to retrieve my sword.

I grunted. "What do you want to do?" I asked.

"How about we go searching for more secret caves and tree house forts? "

I chuckled. "Indeed." I said, and moved forward. There were tangs in this forest. I could sense them.

I put out shadow eyes through out the forest to watch for me. They would alert me if they caught any motion.

I followed him in and waited for either a tang or a quig to show itself.

We walk around aimlessly for 10 minutes before i decide to stop and rest for a second.

I charge into the forest, making plenty of noise. I clear small trees and fallen logs easily, and see something that felt eerily close to home; a tang, minding its own business. I touched my tattoo and my trident grew in my hand. I hefted it and threw it, and got the Tang right in the head. I touched the tattoo and the trident was back in my hand, glowing brighter from the recent kill. It still had (color) tang blood on it, and i licked it off. I shrink it back away, and start running through the forest again, running its perimeter looking for anything interesting. I saw two people, but i was running so fast they didn't see me. I kept running, and something caught my eye; a group of Tangs were huddled together, feasting on something. I ran straight for them, looking for a fight.

I quickly count them; ten tangs huddled around a rare group kill, not fighting each other at all. They decided to do another strange thing, and all charged me. Then i saw the weirdest thing, as a man was holding a staff and commanding them all. I grow my trident out, and leap from tang to tang, getting barely a scratch. I drop down off the last one, and start licking the blood off of my trident. While licking, i ask, "So, you train those tangs?"

OOC: I hope this is okay, but this is the guy who will be the creator of the fort. He lives there alone like a hermit, and maybe we'll make him the camp director or something. For now, i'll make a form for him and everying, so that i can RP him for awhile at least. XD

I smile. "Kid, why are you killing my tangs and ruining my forest? On my whistle you could have hundreds more on you in a matter of seconds. "

I laugh. "Your forest? Says who? And i could take 'em. Easy as cake. "

"Kid, you wouldn't be able to stop 'em if i was up in my fort. And don't be so vain and all that (censored). This is my forest because i hold the fort within it. I've lived here my whole life. It's far more mine then it is your's, or any other creature within it." I say, thinking about how this confident young kid thinks he could take me.

"Whoa old man, you have a fort in here? I'm gonna call you Hermie, 'cause you're a hermit. "

"That's the first name I've ever gotten. The one thing i didn't understand was my name. I knew how to talk, read write, figure out mathematics, but no name."

"Creepy. So where's this shack you call a fort?"

"The only way for me to prove to you that it is not a mere shack is to show you, isn't it?" I say, dreading the fact that another person is in my forest, calling my fort a shack, and calling me a hermit.

"Basically." I say, and smile. I'd take his fort another time. I just had to figure out where it was first. "Lead the way, Hermie." I say, and he starts walking off towards where his supposed fort was.

OOC: Yes, i am talking to myself.

And by the way

If you don't want him, he'll either die off or be killed, so either way works. XD

I walk towards my secret under ground entrance, but decide not to go through that way. I look up, and say "See it? Ain't she a 'bute' " i say, knowing the camouflage hides it from most angles.

"Umm, no i don't. I knew you were lying to me." I stop, and look again. There, a wrinkle. I could see the whole thing now, bows, arrows, cross bow holds, hot cauldrons, and Tangs roamong around with armor on. "Wow. This is a fort. Nice to know. See ya!"
I run off, going back to the two i had seen earlier, remembering where it was vividly in my mind.

"(censored) IT!" I say as he runs off. I go down to my secret entrance, and go up to my fort and sleep in my room.
